Laminate Flooring Around Pipes

This drill and bit combination lets you bore large clean holes in those pieces of laminate that need to surround a pipe.

Cut out the paper pattern and then lay it back down to test for accuracy. Measure the distance from the edge of the laminate panel to be installed to the obstacle so you know where you have to drill the hole. Find the pipes you need to work around and look for anything not smooth like a bolt or nut. It includes the tools required and the methods used i ll be doing a vi.

Use a wrench to loosen the bolt. Split the plank across the center of the circle and glue plank pieces together. Remember that water pipes require silicone. Make a paper pattern to help you make curved cuts and avoid wasting laminate flooring.

Measure the diameter of the obstacle pipe pillar post etc. Hold a piece of paper around the pillar or pipes and trace around the objects. Gaps should be covered with molding or pipe rings once the floor is complete. This indicates several pipes instead of one larger pipe.

This may take a few attempts to get the exact shape you want the laminate to be. This is a video showing how to fit laminate flooring around a radiator pipe neatly. If you are installing laminate flooring around pipes drill a hole inch larger than the pipe diameter.
